Writing Original Content: Web sites, advertising, corporate presentations, technical documentation, training materials. Ensure that language and material is appropriate for the intended audience and is clear and compelling.

Expert Editing: Evaluate introduction and transition material, eliminate overly complex, excessively wordy, and difficult-to-follow language. Check facts and accuracy of content and determine completeness of material.


Academic Support: Advising on research methodology, development of graduate papers, academic proofing and editing. Assist with development of student presentation material, including PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel charts. Ensure a team project with multiple authors "speaks with one voice."

Academic Papers: Expert assistance with APA, MLA, AMA, CMS, Chicago and other formatting styles, including footnotes, end notes, citations and references. Placement/formatting of figures and tables, use of titles and subheads.

Corporate Project/Program Management & Analysis

Project Management: Determine project plan requirements for who, what, when, where and how; risk management, change management, and budgeting. Develop executive presentation material, including PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel charts.

Program Management: Coordinate efforts between different projects to ensure interdependencies are managed, as well as risk management, change management across projects, and program budgeting.

Business Analysis: Customer needs analysis, determining business requirements, system functionality requirements, defect/issue tracking, liaison with technical resources. Writing test scripts and system testing. Explain technical information clearly to business stakeholders and translate detailed customer requirements into IT technical terms for system lifecycle documentation. Authoring training and technical documentation, and delivering training to system admins or end users.
